What if there is a damaged product?

Our manufacturers are highly specialized in ensuring that the product is up to the quality and standard customers wanted.

In case of any defect like scratches or breakage of the furniture that might have occurred in the transportation, unloading or instruction manual, screws, nuts, etc. that might have been missed, must be informed on our official numbers so that we can arrange the required things as soon as possible.

In case of a damaged product, you should make all the claims for damage within two days of receipt of the item. We need the photographs of the damaged product to process the repair request.

If you don't receive the design as per the website photographs, size as mentioned in the website, and polish(it can slightly vary from the picture because of the photoshoot) you selected, then your refund request can proceed. 

The option of getting a full refund or repair of the damaged product is given; you can choose among the two. Once we have picked up the item(s), we will proceed with the refund request. Hence, it might take 2 to 3 weeks for a refund.

Can I cancel my order?

You have to initiate the cancel request for the order you have placed maximum within two days; if you want to cancel after two days of placing the order, we will deduct 20% of the amount from your advance payment, i.e., 50% advance upon ordering.

NOTE:

Once we leave the customer's premises after delivering the product, cancellation regarding the product or any replacement (other than as covered by the product warranty) can not be made. We suggest you the product at the time of the delivery.
