Shipping & Delivery 

Is shipping possible to my city and location?

We currently deliver all over India (PAN India Service).

So yes, we provide you the services if you are based in any part of India. 

 

When can we expect the delivery?

It takes 14-15 working days for our warehouse to dispatch the Product. And as soon as it gets shipped, we will let you know. 

 

We use the Mahimart and Handicrafts partner delivery network to transport the products.

We aim to ensure that the product reaches you within the delivery time as discussed, but sometimes delivery can be delayed. Do not worry. We will Get in touch with you (contact us on support) regarding your shipment.

If the customer is not there at the given shipping address, Mahimart and Handicrafts is nowhere responsible for the commitment made. 

 

Shipping charges, if any?

We bear all the shipping charges. We deliver the Product to the address provided.

 

How do I track my order?

The best way to check your order status is to visit Mahimart and Handicrafts  and provide your unique tracking number in the track order column. Also, if you’re not able to track Contact Us on support.

 

We try our best to deliver your Product, i.e., 14-15 business days after the product is dispatched. If in cases, the delivery date took more time as promised, we will let you know by calling/emailing to inform you about the Product and the status regarding it.
